A gearbox operating a drive bar with one or more mushroom cams. The mushroom headed cams offer weather sealing and a basic level of security. There are two types of mushroom espagnolette systems: Standard: espagnolette which operates on profile systems with a eurogroove. U-Track: espagnolette which operates on profile systems without a eurogroove. |

A central gearbox operating a combination of mushroom cams and steel shootbolt extensions. The shootbolts secure into strikers at the top and bottom of the frame providing enhanced security to PAS24: 2012 (dependant upon profile system). The main type of shootbolt system we sell is ‘croppable’ which enables shootbolt extensions to be cropped to size. |
Identify The Backset & Cam height Required:

Measure the distance from the gearbox faceplate to the centre of the square spindle hole. Backset dimensions will generally be either: 19, 20, 22 or 25mm backset. | Measure the distance from the faceplate to the top of the mushroom cam. |
